Day 16

I have been eating more pickles the last couple of days. Been craving them. Is that weird?

Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled, dried mango
black coffee
snack- plum, apple with sunbutter
lunch- chicken stir fried with veggies, chillies, oil, & a little coconut milk
snack- raspberries
Dinner-chicken apple sausage, 2 cups spinach with lemon and olive oil.
Still craving sugar like crazy! Make it stop!
