B: 3 eggs, 3 sausages (not sure if this is better for me than bacon but its the only extra thing I can have from across the street when they don't have fruit) L: tuna salad w/t balsamic dressing S: chicken with bbq sauce ( it was left over from before, won't go with that sauce again) apple and handful of nuts D: seabas w/t corn on the cob (this is staying in my diet!!) and broccoli S: elevate me bar and peanut butter ( this is the big one for me, I was really trying not to have any food past 8pm but my clock is so wired to eat late now that I was starving in bed. This is the big area I need to improve on. Also I need to get more almond butter)
Regardless day one in the book. Lots to improve upon but overall I am happy with day one.

-a few small beets
-roasted slivered almonds
-balsamic vinegar
-olive oil
-shallots
-s&p
