Day 2...glad to have some company!!

B: 2 poached eggs, 1 turkey sausage, 1/2 avocado, few strawberries, black coffee

S: handful of almonds, carrots

L: steak, sweet potatoes, steamed brocolli & carrots (leftovers)

S: orange, turkey slices

D: 1/2 steak, 1/2 bbq chicken breast, grilled yellow pepper, asparagus

Felt like crap all day....headache, and just achey allover. Low carb flu??

Dessert was 1/4 cantalope.

Went to bed at 9pm, feel way better this morning.
