7:00am WOD

8:30am - 2 eggs, flank steak, 1/2 avocado, 5 blackberries

11:00am - hard boiled egg, few almonds, carrot sticks

12:30pm - leftover bbq chicken thighs, asparagus, fennel & apple salad

4:30pm - hard boiled egg, few almonds, cucumber, orange pepper

7:00pm - Family bday dinner - 1 1/2 beef burger (no bun), 1/2 cup orzo salad, 1 cupcake
