1: 2 poached eggs, 1/2 avocado, turkley sausage, blackberries

WOD 11.3

2: Out for lunch with the gym crew! Beef burger (no bun) with guac & bacon, skewer of grilled prawns, 2 strawberries

3: carrots, a few almonds

4: tough night - out with friends for their daughters fundraiser...no protein choices at all. The options were veggie platter, fruit platter, california rolls, nachos. I did the best that I could. And I had a couple of glasses of wine.
