yesterday:
3 eggs, 3 sausages
tuna salad w/t avacado
1 banana, 2 slices of cheese(only thing I had at the gym)
steak, salmon, corn, asperagus and rasberry's for desert

Today:
3 eggs, 3 bacon
chicken salad
I will have another chicken salad at milestones before work.
