The Pie yesterday: 3 eggs, 3 sausages tuna salad w/t avacado 1 banana, 2 slices of cheese(only thing I had at the gym) steak, salmon, corn, asperagus and rasberry's for desert
Today: 3 eggs, 3 bacon chicken salad I will have another chicken salad at milestones before work.

2: 1 chicken thigh, 1/2 yellow pepper, few almonds
12:00pm - Hot Yoga
3: 2 chicken thighs, baby carrots, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado
4: steak, prawns, asparagus, yellow pepper (all on bbq)
