Day 14, I smell halfway!
I hope everyone had a lovely Saturday. The wildest thing Scott and I thought to do while Olivia was at her sleepover at auntie Annie was order a movie on demand and get 10hrs of sleep! Really reaping the benefit of sleep this year, great chapter on sleeping in Robb Wolf 'Paleo Solution'.
Can't wait to read what everyone is eating/feeling today.
Have a great Sunday!
Annie :)

It was very tasty, I grabbed a date and a few nuts in the evening to snack on sweets.
Day 14 is about to start lazily, got a ton of sleep last night and nowhere to rush to this morning, I am making my coffee and waiting for my stomach to make noise. :)
good morning! i got 3 groupons to browns...maybe it's time to pay them a visit! :)
did not succumb to temptation last night with my friend eating pulled pork poutine and mac & cheese balls right next to me. he was even fanning it at me to see me cave...but i didn't!

Walking into my first minefield tonight. Staff meeting where there will be cup cakes and treats that I am sure to find tempting.
Thankfully Scott made us delicious lettuce wrapped lamb burgers and sweet potatoes fries. At least I am not going there hungry. :)
Lunch: chicken breast, carrots, mandarin, blackberries
Dinner: Matt made a DELICIOUS meal for us tonight...pork tenderloin, mashed yams, cinnamon apples and broccoli...it's meals like this that make me realize how eating Paleo is NOT sacrificing taste & flavour!!

Hey everyone! Made it out of the row a thon without eating a single timbit, cheeto, slurpee, redbull etc which were everywhere over the 24 hours.
For the sake of honesty though (since you have all fessed up) I sort of broke this morning on our way back to north van. We stopped at starbucks and I had a soy sugar free london fog as well as an egg white & turkey bacon breakfast sandwich, and I felt amazing afterwards. Don't regret it at all, I felt like my body needed it but you know, a cheat's a cheat blah blah. So I'm back on the wagon tomorrow.
Dinner tonight was chicken and brocoli with a grapefruit and some golden berries for dessert.
Jenny & Matt that dinner sounds amazing!
See you all this week :)
Lauren, I think you deserve a cheat after rowing like that! I think I'd have had a chocolate bar!! :P
Definitely snacked more than necessary today. I think it's cuz I was home doing stuff around the house. Good thing it's back to work tomorrow!
Also had some banana chocolate loaf for dessert, which I really did NOT need... :(
This was a challenging weekend for sure. Came so close to breaking on Saturday night and if it wasn't for Chelan and I would have. She made some of that paleo banana bread to give us something to trick our mind with. It is pretty good. Back is feeling better now and am really looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow for some rowing.
Definitely had too much fat this weekend as I had bacon both days and too much almond stuff.
