Day 17

Happy Wednesday!

So glad to see that everyone is still pushing through the challenge.....

Thanks for the macaroon recipe Ro - I'm sure that lots of people will be trying it out, sounds delicious!!

My headache is gone (for now) and I am looking forward to today's workout for some weird reason. Hope to see lots of you there!

Congrats Chelan! That's amazing!! Hope everyone who's feeling under the weather feels better soon!

Not too hungry this morning but I'm a firm believer in breakfast so down the hatch!

B: paleo muffin with almond butter, paleo cereal (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, unsweetened almond milk with dash of cinnamon), black coffee (it's growing on me)...and a little bit of roast chicken as an after thought for protein

too bad i won't be able to make the gym tonight...parent teacher conferences! Will have to plan well for my day so that i'm not snacking on all the wrong stuff!

have a pretty sweet headache going today and i usually never get headaches. man, i am fallin apart at the seams here.

Still feeling uneasy. I think it is heartburn...but then again, I am not entirely sure I know how it feels. Slightly queasy and not 100%today.

Breakfast:
1/2 cup of coffee w a banana, almond milk and sunbutter shake.

Breakfast #2:
(I got up @ 5:45!)
little cook chicken, some avocadoe, 1 hard boiled egg and blueberries.

Couldn't stomach my coffee...

Hope this pass before the 100 burpees!

Morning everyone!
WOD this morning was good and with an element of danger as we were dodging trees being thrown into a chipper (i'm so dramatic). It wasn't too bad guys! Actually goes by pretty quick.

Had 1/2 a lara bar post wod and am now making breakfast which will be 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon, black coffee and 1 orange. Probably won't get another chance to eat till 7 or so at work so I'll make myself a salad with chicken.

Everyone's doing so well! Keep it up guys!

Had a terrible sleep and woke up cranky (sorry Annie). Awake from 12:30 to 3:30. Not the greatest lecture I've ever given.

Bacon and eggs with fruit salad and a fruit smoothy (berry mix, banana, almond milk, chia seeds I believe). We bought some fish oil tablets from Costco too so started taking those.

Lunch is salad (salad mix, mushrooms, pomegranate) with chicken and lemon. Celery, fennel, sweet mandarins and orange pepper.

BF 1: boiled egg, Italian cold cuts, chicken, fruit, coffee
BF 2: eggs, pork apple sausage, fruit, more coffee.
Lunch: salad w/ chiken, sweet potato, apples. Home made lara bar.

Frustrated with a lingering shoulder injury. Just feels like a muscle is locked up under the shoulder blade...

Head aches, tummy aches, heart burn aches Oh My! i felt like i was in a pepto bismol commercial when i wrote that...hope everyones starts to feel better soon.

Breakfast: 2 eggs fried, banana coffe coffee coffee with alomond milk

Lunch: smoothie, turkey slices, nuts, dried mango - i just copied knight!

Snack: lara bar, apple, americano.

Got a salad from Whole foods for dins-bunch of leaves and veggies and chicken.

my energy yesterdy was super low, i didn't eat enough because i wasn't organized with packing food. Fun WOD today 430! It felt good to run.

Woah...looong day. Hope it doesn't rain tomorrow when I make up today's WOD! Glad to hear it's not as painful as it sounds!

S: banana, baby cuke, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes and a few almonds

L: salmon patty (as per Annie's recipe), leftover sauteed veggies, fruit salad

S: paleo muffin, some dried fruit

D: Prosciutto & cantaloupe, bison patty w/ 1/2 avo, sauteed spinach

Off to bed early tonight! Good night!

Compared to Mon/Tues, I feel WAY better today. No headache! However that WOD kicked my ass.

L: grazed the fridge: turkey slices, grapes, celery and almond butter, carrots

D: BBQ chicken thighs, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, homemade butternut squash soup w/ spinach

Felt pretty good today, hopefully turning a corner energy wise, we'll see!

B1: Fruit Salad 2 Espresso

B2: Bit more fruit, Banana, some Italian cold cuts

L: ran out of food, Bacon and Eggs, some pistacios

Snack: Half an apple

D: Ground Beef taco's w/ lettuce wrap and guac. Ate toooo many. Like 9 too many!!

Energy is good today but have stopped losing weight. I am fustrated with this. Maybe should eat less?

Pork tenderloin for dinner. Pan seared then covered in coarse dijon and with a couple of strips of bacon on top and in the oven for 20 minutes at 425. Came out good but not quite as amazing as I was hoping for. Some ants on a log for an appy.
