I think I can say it for us all....TGIF!
Olivia is turning 9 today, we're off to Whistler for the weekend. Keep up the posting on the weekend and stay focus.
It's so good to hear that many of you want to go on for 60 days. I think for myself it is becoming more a new lifestyle than a 30 days challenge for sure. I am enjoying baking and trying new recipes.

i'm feeling better today, stomach still a little off though. maybe thats because we have to do fran! ugggghhh!!

The fish oil we use is called 'Nutrasea' and we buy it at Popeye's because the price is better than Whole Foods. We get the lemon flavor.
Breaky:
2 eggs over easy, bacon, avocado and black coffee. A little bit of pineapple w it.
Hope this is good pre-fran fuel! Cuz here goes nothing!

diet is pretty boring lately. ugh.
I am terrified! I haven't done pull ups since before the gym moved. The pull up wods kept showing up on the days I'm not in there. So I guess this is what I get.
Breakfast was egg whites (feel like I've been eating a lot of yolks which is probably not a great thing) and turkey bacon. Black coffee on the ride to work. Packed some pre work out goodies for after work.

I am so sad to be missing Fran...I have actually never done it before! But with my shoulder unhappy, pull ups (kip or no kip) probably aren't the best idea!!

Fran went okay...even if there was room for improvement I can't blame it on the Paleo! ;)
Post wod snack:
1 larabar and more black coffee.
Lunch:
Left overs of lamb sausages, prawns, sweet potatoes, asparagus and a side salad.
A handful of walnuts and raisins for dessert.
Off to Whistler. Spaghetti squash and meat sauce tonight for dinner. Not sure if we have Wifi access. But we are packing lots of yummy paleo friendly food, so we'll be good!
Don't worry, Olivia is still getting cupcakes for her birthday, we won't deprive our daughter on her special day. :)
Bacon, eggs, fruit salad, fruit smoothy and coffee (of course).
Ran out of time and didn't pack a lunch so I just took a trip to the campus grocery store. Broccoli, baby carrots, celery sticks, an apple, pistachios, raisins are the good, San Pelagrino is the bad and pepperoni sticks are the ugly. I wanted something with flavour.

Knight, I'm down nine pounds since the beginning of this, mind you I did partake in quite a few Xmas bevies and holiday treats prior, but still, nine pounds is nine pounds. Not looking forward to Fran this evening!

I have lost approx 6 pounds since the beginning of the challenge...but like Matt, had pretty much put on 6 pounds in December :)

I have not stepped on a scale (don't own one!) so I have no idea how much I've lost...but by the way my clothes feel, probably not much. Sometimes I wonder if I'm eating too much and am actually afraid i'm putting on weight!
L: salad with roast chicken, veggies, lemon as dressing, some cherries & pineapple, 1/2 paleo muffin...I was surrounded by lasagna, pizza and cheesecake...it was torture.
been a long, long week and I can hear wine calling my name...or the 1/2 bottle of vodka I have in my freezer...yipes.

Meeting was cancelled, so I got to do Fran after all! Took me 12:21, but I did it RX which I am thrilled about :) Now I have a Fran time, and it should only get better!!
