Team Harrison came so close to breaking last night. We had both completely decided we were going for chips after dinner. We even justified to ourselves that we had done so well to last this long. We then ate dinner and went back and forth before both deciding we weren't going to break. I especially am glad because throwing down badger today on shitty food would have sucked.

Yesterday:
B: 3 eggs, 3 small bacon
L: Chicken salad, tablespoon of almond butter
L2: deli turkey, carrots, nuts
D: baked pesto chicken breast, asperagus, sweet potato fries ( I had too many of these for sure). Had some strawberries for desert.

Today:
B: 3 eggs, 3 sausages, banana

Jenny be strong in Edmonton! Don't freeze. Let us know the plan for Saturday night.

Scott and I were commenting about eggs and Ground Hog day for breaky. I will be trying this no-oat oatmeal soon and let you know how it turns out. It has 3 eggs in it, so you still eat eggs and get protein, but it sounds yummy.

Good job on not caving, you guys! :)

Hope to make it to the Den in the sunshine to get this WOD done...it looks brutal!! But yoga is also calling my name...we shall see which one wins. :)

Badger was definitely brutal this morning and you're right Chris, it would have been worse with crappy food in our systems!

Had 1/2 a lara bar post wod and breakfast will be 2 eggs, with 2 whites, salsa, 1 grapefruit & black coffee. Lunch will be a spinach salad with prawns, avocado & oranges.

Not sure what dinner will be yet because we're taking my mom out for her birthday dinner at an italian restaurant so hopefully their menu is online so I can plan my attack :)

Way to go on the challenge so far everyone! I've still got another 10 days after you but I'm feeling really good overall, I want to keep this going.

Just read the comments above me! Way to go Jenny for keeping on track at the food court! That's so tough!

And Solo--the longer this goes, the more I crave ice cream! Only a few more days to go!! :)

Am nibbling on a date & some almonds and then I'm zipping my mouth shut!

See you guys Friday! I don't normally train Fridays but am looking forward to a change in the schedule--aiming for 5 days this week! :)
