Ugly last two days, but easy to say it's been Paleo...eaten the equivalent of about 1 meal in all (same with Olivia)... Annie looked after us well. Feel much better today and will try to make up for lost meals as must recoup the devastating 7% loss in bodyweight came with this flue!
had a big breakfast pretty late so i grazed a bit for lunch/snack: almonds, carrots w/guacamole, made the chocolate banana loaf again so i had to have a piece while it was still warm!
D: baked chicken with green curry & veggies...for the first time i wish i had a big bowl of rice to soak up all the curry goodness!!!
How the heck is "chocolate banana loaf" ok on this challenge???
Come on people!!
Our dinner was pretty awesome...Matt put a pork shoulder in the slow cooker last night, spent two days creating a masterpeice known as pulled pork (to quote Matt), and then he made a delicious coleslaw to go with it. Mmmmmmm....
no no no!!! it's the banana loaf annie posted with the cocoa powder...not "chocolate". i have been pretty strict the whole time...i think my cheats have been the almond milk and maybe a little too much fruit. other than that, pretty much by the book! pinky swear!!

Feel better guys!
Glad I went this morning, nothing like a little friendly competition with couples involved to get things interesting.
Breakfast is egg whites with salsa, grapefruit, strawberries, coconut water and probably coffee at some point.
Perhaps some baking today? :)
yikes!! Glad to hear everyone is on the mend in the Tasaka household!
Took a much needed break this morning from the Den...am achy all over from 2 days of pullups!
B1: Paleo muffin (dog needed out at 5am!)
B2 (at a much more reasonable hour): 2 eggs over easy, bacon, sausage, fruit salad (orange, kiwi, pear), americano w/coconut milk
Pre WOD: 1/2 banana, turkey slices
B: poached eggs, bacon, 1/2 avocado, blueberries
S: turkey pepperoni, carrots, 1/2 lara bar
L: chicken skewer, greek salad (no feta)
