Day 16!! September 27

hey kiddlings:)

just a reminder, if you haven't paid the $50 yet, please could you get your money in as soon as you can:) that would be wonderful:)

Tuesday-
Breakfast- 2 eggs, mashed sweet potatoes and black coffee.

Snack- a large peach and a vega pre workout shake.

5:30 WOD

Dinner- Baked tilapia with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.

I don't think this is enough food for me. Must eat lunch!

Mike, just wondered where you're getting your recipes like the butter chicken? Is it the everyday paleo?

Ok Tuesday was:
Breakfast: Eggs, sausages

Snack: blueberries and coconut milk, sausage

Lunch: Salad with chicken

Snack: beets and some almonds

Didn't have time to eat a full dinner
Snacked on turkey slices and spaghetti squash, some grapes
At my meeting had some veggies and meat from the appies that were there

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs

Snack: Vegetable soup + smoked salmon

Lunch: Leftover pulled pork and vegetable soup with a few paleo crackers

Snack: Almonds

Dinner: Leftover chicken and peppers

Breakfast:
Burger patty and some nuts, also a slice of turkey bacon
Snack:
Apple pear and almond butter
Lunch:
Salad with chicken, apple,cucumber, raisins and avocado. Drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil.
Snack:
Concord grapes and hard boiled eggs.
Dinner:
Paleo Curried meatballs with roasted cauliflower and mashed yams and parsnips.
Coconut icecream (not 100% paleo but Annie brought it over! ;))
