The Pie Day 5: Breakfast: 2 eggs, turkey, peppers, tomatoes, handful of nuts Lunch: 1 1/2 piece of steak (big portion), fresh cut salsa on top with a pickle Lunch 2: 1/2 piece of steak, 1 piece of chicken, raspberries and nuts snack: rasberries and nuts (small portion) Dinner: chicken salad (hasn't happened yet but I prepared it today)
Breakfast- 3 eggs, 2 scoops of vega health optimizer, black coffee
Snack-peach and baby carrots, gluten free, dairy free cookie
Dinner- fish tacos, dried cranberries.
Last few days have been super tough, a family member passed away and i've fallen off the wagon. But after 2 days of sleeping and eating my feelings I'm ready to get back to business tomorrow starting with the 9am class. No more cheats.
Breakfast: Eggs, turkey bacon, yam hashbrowns + a few black berries Lunch: Tuna on salad with apples, olives, red peppers and cucumber Some concord grapes before working out. Protein shake after working out. Dinner: Ribs, gai lan and carrots. A few tart cherries for some sweets.

Lunch 2:

1: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit (buffet at hotel in Calgary)
2: banana, black coffee, nuts (working all day in the mall...not a good lunch)
3: pork tenderloin with grilled peaches, grilled veggies
Breakfast: Fresh squeezed OJ, strawberries, ice, vitamin d vitamin.
Lunch: Chicken, salad cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded beets, shredded carrots, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, lemon juice.
Snack: Nectarine
Dinner: Chicken stirfry, onions, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, mushrooms and cashews.

Lunch: Leftover butter chicken and carrots
Snack: Apple and almonds
Dinner: Beef Burger with bacon, egg, and tomato, wrapped in lettuce of course
Post dinner treat: Banana popsicle (1/2 frozen banana dipped in almond butter and rolled in pecans and dried cranberries) Sooo good!
