Breakfast: Banana + almond butter

Snack: biltong

Lunch: grilled chicken, + salad

Snack: apple + almond butter

Dinner: squash + ground turkey meatballs

After dinner: kiwi

Going to a paleo potluck tomorrow, pretty excited. There should be lots of good food to report back with!

Felt much better today! But the almost hour long wod nearly killed me!

Trying something new right now, I feel like I have been eating lots of carbs for breakfast. I am testing out the meat and nuts for 1 week and see if I notice any changes in my energy, hunger and body composition.

Breakfast:
1 + 1/2 burger patty + handful of nuts + coffee
It actually kept me full all the way til lunch!

Lunch: Breakfast for lunch, eggs, bacon, sweet potatoes hashbrowns and blueberries and more coffee

Snack:
Larabar while shopping

Dinner:
Steak, parsnips fries, portobello mushrooms, red peppers, and a glass of red wine. I resisted on dessert while everybody ate it in front of me! But the wine just went too well with this dinner.

Some nuts to snack on later.

The Pie Saturday
1: 3 eggs, yams and bacon
2: Beef Stew ( all pale)
3: apple, pickle and some turkey

Breakfast shake: egg protein, so delicious coconut milk, frozen peaches, ice
Snack: fruit salad
Lunch: chicken and salad with avocado, coconut water
Dinner: steak and sauté veggies plus six yam fries at the pub ( no booze though!)
Snack: pistachios, way too many
