Day 14!!! September 25

Breakfast: Ham, lettuce, and tomato sandwich with paleo pancakes serving as bread

Snack: Biltong

Lunch: Bacon and eggs

Snack: banana and almond butter

Dinner: Went to a dinner party, did pretty well. Pulled pork stuffed jalepeno peppers breaded with almond flour and coconut, fried in coconut oil. Fish tacos (wrapped in lettuce), and salad(which had a few black beans and corn in it)

Breckie shake: egg protein, coconut milk, frozen peaches
Snack: handful of almonds
Lunch: 2 butcher sausages, fruit salad, coconut water
Snack: banana, hard boiled egg
Dinner: spaghetti squash with prawns, garlic, tomato, and basil
Snack: 8 million pistachios, whoops!

Panda your meals look delicious. Sounds like you have a good chef at home. ;)

Breakfast:
Chicken breast and nuts.

Snack:
Acorn squash with almond butter, dates and walnuts pre-wod.

Post wod:
Protein shake w coconut water

Lunch:
spinach with tuna salad and water melon and blueberries w a almond milk latte

Dinner:
2 chicken legs, broccoli and avocado and tomato salad.

The Pie Sunday
1: 4 eggs, bacon and an orange
2: bbq chicken, apple, handful of nuts
3: small portion of chicken, orange
4: paleo beef stew
5: small piece of chicken, nuts (didn't need this meal)
