PS Your right Annie, I do have a great chef ;). Though i actually made the spaghetti recipe; except really Aly stood there and told me what to do, ha!
Breakfast: Burger patty with nuts Still so strange for me to eat this for breakfast but I am impressed how long I feel full after. Snack: Apple pear with almond butter Lunch: Chicken, broccoli and tomato and avocado salad w some concord grapes Snack: Caved and ate a larabar on the way to the gym Post wod: 1/2 a protein shake Dinner: Warm spinach salad with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and steak sprinkled w balsamic. A handful of dried cherries for sweets.
So last night my friends threw vinnie and i a surprise going away party so i had a couple non paleo items. Back to business today. I realize the point of this challenge isn't to sort of do it. I'm hoping though that by tracking everything including my cheats, I'll eventually be able to get through stressful times and celebrations without resorting to sugar or grains.
Breakfast- 2 eggs, black coffee, smoothie with coconut milk, frozen blueberries, and a spoonful of sunbutter.
Lunch- greens with seared halibut, guacamole, salsa, and papaya slaw.
Dinner- paleo stew from paleo on a budget. Tons of veggies, ground beef and coconut milk.

OK this always seems one day behind. But here's my breakfast so far:
Eggs, chicken sausages, grapes
My snack (Mike) will be: Blueberries and coconut milk, and maybe some left over sausage
All I want is chocolate!!! Does anyone else feel this way?!
Marissa hang in there! I have a super sweet tooth and I have cravings as well.
Snacking on a date helps me it curbs my craving for sweet. But dates are real sweet so one or two is plenty or you might as well have chocolate!
Good work with the snack Marissa!
