Breakfast: Bacon + almond butter, and a tomato

Snack: Baked a 1/2 loaf of almond flour break. Had a slice

Lunch: Beef burger patty + smoked salmon salad

Snack: Another slice of almond flour bread

Dinner: 2 beef burger patties and some broccoli

I was really unprepared today. I'm going to do some good cooking on the weekend to make up for it.

Breakfast: Shake with coconut milk, peaches, egg protein

snack: hard boiled egg

lunch: lamb curry and eggplant mash at an indian restaraunt most assuredly cooked with canola oil but oh well

snack: slice of homemade meatloaf and dijon mustard

dinner: homemade fish and shrimp curry

snack: handful of almonds

The Pie Saturday and Sunday
Well the first big cheats went down in this challenge but they were expected from the beginning. I have done many good stretches of eating and normally when I have the cheat meals I have a real hard time getting back on track but that is not the case this time. I am really looking forward to my healthy breakfast and day today.

Right back at it.
