Day 3 :0) September 14

Breakfast: Vega Optimizer 2 scoop smoothie, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, banana, kale, oj. Vitamin D vitamins

Lunch: Turkey Breast deli meat, carrots, and snap peas

Dinner: Steak, sweet potatoes and a pomegranate.
Calicium vitamin.

I hope I am done with the eating portion of this day!

Breakfast: Banana with almond butter

Snack: Can of tuna with salsa

Lunch: Leftover ground beef and vegetable stir fry

Snack: Almonds and a Mango

Dinner: Meatballs and baked yam

Snack: Walnuts and cashews....grrr! I tried to stop after dinner but I love snacks.

1: 2 eggs, sausage, raspberries, 1/2 grapefruit

2: honeydew melon, almonds

3: bbq chicken, yellow pepper

4: grapes

5: bbq chicken salad w/lemon juice

6: 2 pieces dark chocolate ;) I couldn't help myself!! haha

Breakfast- paleo oatmeal (3eggs, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce, tbs of sunbutter, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, 2 tbs of ground flax, and a handful of walnuts) topped with some raspberries. I know this seems like a lot of food but it keeps me full all day!

Snack- lara bar
5:30 WOD followed by some baby carrots, cherry tomatoes and 2 pieces of turkey.

Dinner- Lamb vindaloo with green beans.

breakfast: shared a huge omelette with mushrooms and bacon:)

snack: apple

Lunch: a half a larabar, yellow and orange pepper, and some jerky

snack: the other half of the larabar

Dinner: left over steak with half an avocado sliced and a grapefruit

mmmmm food:)

Paleo banana loaf & chicken pieces
Lunch:
Left over yam fries and Thai burgers
Snack:
Hard boiled egg + concord grapes
Dinner:
Meat loaf and salad

Lauren, I would love to hear how you make your paleo oatmeal? Are the eggs cooked?

Pie Day 4:
Breakfast
3 eggs, peppers and ham omelette
a apple and some nuts
Lunch:
chicken salad
Lunch 2:
7 pieces of salmon sashimi
1 misco soup
4 piece of yam tempura with as much of the tempura off as possible
yes I had soya sauce with my sushi. No fucking chance I can not have that and sushi will be key for me in the challenge. Soya sauce and ketchup are staying in this kids diet.

I will give you soy sauce, but ketchup coach! That you have to replace for salsa! It's all sugar.
