Day 4! September 15th

Good work guys!! you're doing amazing!!

Breakfast:
Half a acorn squash concoction with eggs and bacon
Lunch:
Salad with red peppers, cucumbers, apples and almonds
Snack:
Handful of nuts, a peach and a turkey pepperoni sticks
Dinner:
Yam Turkey Curry Shepherd's Pie from Tastypaleo
in the over right now!

1: 2 eggs, sausage, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 nectarine

2: coffee, almonds, carrots

3: bbq chicken thighs, greek salad (no feta)

4: raspberries

5: beef burger w/guac and bacon (no bun), asparagus, yams

Breakfast: Vega Health Optimizer 2 scoops, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, coconut watet. Vitamin D
Lunch: Chicken and salad, cherries tomatoes, grated carrots, beets, sliced alonds, pumpkin seeds, celery, lemon juice.
Snack: nectarine
Dinner: Chicken stirfry, onions, carrots, yellow, green and red peppers, mushrooms
Snack: Snap peas and a nectarine.

I always eat too much fruit on Paleo but I love fruit and at least its a healthy sugar okay okay...I will try to cut it down to one piece a day and in my smoothie only...oh the scarifices!
I am not really craving anything...my body loves paleo, mentally I am good. I don't want anything off the list ..yet....even when the guy on the bus sat beside me with a mud pie dessert!!! Paleo makes you so conscious of what you put in your body so I love it!

Breakfast: 3 egg omlet(turned to scrambled eggs) with onions, tomato and bacon

Snack: Peach + almonds

Lunch:Leftover meatballs, carrots and yellow bell pepper

Dinner: Butter Chicken and a salad. That recipe is awesome. Try it out if you've got a craving for some good Indian food
