Day 6 - Sept 17

Weekends can be challenging....stay strong!!

1: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit (hotel buffet again)

2: banana, almonds, black coffee, plum, turkey slices (on plane)

3: 2 poached eggs, grapefruit, 1/2 avocado

4: dark chocolate (yes, this is bad, I know...)

The Pie day 6
1: 4 eggs w/t salsa
2: yam, chicken, red pepper hash
3: chicken w/t tzedziki ( don't know how to spell it)
4: more chicken with tzedziki and carrots with a few berries
5: steak, salsa and a pickle
** I know tzedziki is not full paleo and I am not going to have it anymore as the dairy didn't like my stomach. Tasted so good. Fuck.

Breakfast: OJ, watermelon, kale, apple, ginger, banana smoothie
Snack: cherry tomatoes
Lunch: Chicken, bok choy, carrots, onions, broccolli, stirfry
Snack:nectarine

Dinner: 1 paleo lime margarita,
2 paleo lime mararitas,
3 paleo lme margaritas...it was a downward spiral from there! Lesson learned doing a paleo challenge and adding in any alcohol doesn't work for me. I can't drink and do this! Lets just say it ended at a house party with party food and me being the last person on my team playing flip cup for the first time. Sunday is a new day...back on the program however I am completely eliminating alcohol=)

Breakfast: Almonds, Blueberries, and 1/2 banana with almond butter

Post workout "snack": Big bag of traditional biltong.

Lunch: Big salad with tomatoes, peppers, onions, blueberries and sunflower seeds.

Snack: Celery with almond butter

Dinner: I knew ahead of time this was going to be a write off meal. Celebrating the birthday a day early at the Alibi Room.

Salad with smoked albacore tuna, carrots, daikon and some kind of creamy miso dressing (not paleo)

Followed that with 5 pints of delicious beer (unfortunately not paleo) Definitely no more binge drinking for the rest of the challenge

Breakfast:
Eggs, turkey bacon and paleo banana loaf.
Protein shake post wod.
Lunch:
Yam and turkey shepperd's pie left over.
Dinner:
Ribs & steamed red cabbage.
Grilled peaches for dessert from Everyday paleo. So delicious! Topped with coconut milk.

Lunch: peach, chicken, salad with paleo dressing
Snack: deli meat from safeway
Dinner: Steak and veggies at the Keg (with some horseradish)
Snack: hanful of almonds
Snack: Pistachios, small piece of steak
