Almost 1 week complete!!! How is everyone doing? The food entries have really dropped off since day 1...if you are reading this you should be logging your food!!!
Breakfast #1: vanilla protein shake with a peach Breakfast #2: Eggs, bacon, tomatoes and fruit salad at The Dutch. (I may have eaten a few bites of my hashbrowns) Snack: apple pear with almond butter and 2 pepperoni sticks Pre-dinner munchies: Almonds and pineapple chunks Dinner: Roast chicken with roasted veggies that is still in the oven but the house smells so good! and a side salad.
The Pie day 7: 1: chicken and a very small side caesar salad and mixed veggies... 2: More chicken and a pickle 3: breakfast for dinner. yams, eggs, bacon and some peppers. I also had an apple and some extra chicken and pistachios last night while watching the canada rugby game. I tried not to eat but to stay up till 3am it was tough. Today wasn't a great day of food but for a Football sunday I did pretty darn good. Also ran the Lynn loop today which is the first long run I've had since I hurt my ankle. Exciting.
Breakfast- 4:30 am left house to get the ferry. 4:30 am felt awful. Once we got to the terminal had an almond milk latte and some left over paleo pancakes with blueberries.
Lunch was more breakfast- 2 eggs, bacon, tomato slices and orange slices. More coffee. I also had some panfries... I know!
Dinner was a bit spread out as we had a bite before we left the island and a little more when we got home.
We're getting ready to move! 2 more weeks! I really want to stay compliant and don't want to make excuses for crappy choices? Any suggestions?
Keep it up guys! :) Jenny you're going to look amazing on your big day!
