1: 2 eggs, ham, 1/2 avocado, berries

2: carrots, red pepper, butternut squash lasagna, lara bar

3: small salad w/chicken, plum

4: pork chop, broccoli, roasted tomato soup

Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs and leftover pork tenderloin

Snack: More pork tenderloin

Lunch: Steak with celery and a yellow bell pepper

Snack: Kiwi and almonds

Dinner: Steak and salad(tomatoes, onions, blueberries, sunflower seeds)

Post dinner: blueberries

The Pie Sept 19th
1: 2 eggs, turkey, peppers, tomatoes
2: left over bacon, chicken, apple
3: yam shepperds pie with beef
4: yam shepperds pie with beef

Breakfast- 3 eggs, black coffee an a peach.
Lunch- salad with strawberries, almonds, avo, beets, and grilled chicken.
Snack after work- peach
Dinner- beef stir fry with left over vindaloo sauce

Breakfast: Shake with Egg protein, coconut milk, frozen berries, ground flax
Snack: hard boiled egg
Lunch: Steak and fruit salad
Snack: Hard boiled egg
Snack: Turkey meat (Thanks Harrison!)
Dinner: Turkey sausages and Paleo Tomato Basil soup (Thanks to my lovely wife!)

Breaky:
Eggs, tomatoes and half an acorn squash with some almond butter, dates and walnuts + black coffee
Lunch:
Salad w chicken, apples, red pepper, cucumber and a few almonds and raisins sprinkled on top. Balsamic and evoo.
Concord grapes.
Snack:
Lara bar + pepperoni sticks
Dinner:
Sausages, parsnip fries and grilled asparagus.
A spoonful of coconut butter and a few dried mango pieces for munchies later.
