So tough week for me...Torn muscle in my back unable to do too much...fell off the wagon a bit yesterday and had a chocolate bar...but it was a really good one so its ok!

Breakfast: 2 Espresso Bananna Apple

Lunch: Ham, Pistachios, Fruit

Dinner: Slightly more effort here:

Finally found Kelp Noodles!! Made a Bolognese from scratch...ground beef, pork, veal etc...with the kelp noodles...was excellent! Ate it all.

Snack we'll see...

Breakfast: coconut milk, frozen peaches, ice, egg protein shake
Snack: hard boiled egg
Lunch: 2 fillets fish, salad with avacado and paleo dressing
Snack: hard boiled egg 6 almonds
Dinner: grass fed beef steak, roasted cauliflower, mushrooms fried in butter
Snack: small piece chicken

1: 2 eggs, ham, 1/2 avocado, berries, coffee

2: banana

3: bbq chicken thighs, grilled sweet potato, cucumber, red pepper

4: tea w/honey, raspberries, 1/2 nectarine

5: lettuce wraps with grassfed ground beef & veggies

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 3 pork sausages and a tomato...I can never get sick of breakfast. Could probably eat it for all my meals.

Snack: Apple and some ham

Lunch: Leftover butter chicken and carrots

Snack: Smoked salmon and almonds

Dinner: Lettuce wraps with some improvised ground turkey stir fry. Turned out alright

Post dinner: tea with coconut milk

Breakfast- smoothie with coconut milk, frozen blueberries, and a teaspoon of sunbutter, 2 eggs and black coffee

Lunch- almond milk, frozen berries and protein.

5:30 class

Dinner- coconut water, steak, green salad, and sweet potato.

apparently i didnt know where to post my meals, now i finally figured it out!

Breakfast: 2 eggs, blueberries w/ coconut milk

Lunch: salad w/ chicken

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Homemade spaghetti sauce w/ spaghetti squash 'noodles'

Breakfast:
Eggs, turkey bacon, fruits and coffee.
Lunch:
Left over pork tenderloins, brussel sprouts and a mini potatoes.
Dinner:
More pork! (visiting sister in-law) chops barbecued with some roasted veggies; eggplants, portobello mushrooms and red peppers.
Left over paleo banana loaf for dessert.
